Cancellation/No Show Policy

All color and extensions services require several hours of my time. Because of this, I require a credit card on file in order to book the appointment. Color appointments can take up to several hours and can take up the majority of my schedule on that given day. 

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

I allow a 48 hour grace period to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any less than 48 hours ( or no show ), 50% of your scheduled appointment cost will be charged to your card on file. My system will automatically send a confirmation text message to your number on file - please confirm through the link. If you do not confirm I will call you, if you do not respond to me, I will automatically cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment and you will be charged a no show fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. I understand that things come up and life is unpredictable - to avoid fees please call me and we will do our best to work with you. I look forward to seeing you at Balayage Hair Salon!

*I have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will count as a no show and will be charged.

*Your credit card information will be secure through my processing machine. Once the information is imputed I do not have access to your full account information.
